Realist Lab Pitch Night Competition: Highlights and Winners

The CT Tech Week Kick-Off Party and Realist Lab Pitch Competition held on June 5th at The Village in Stamford was a sold-out success!

The evening featured a cocktail and networking hour followed by a pitch competition where eight founders presented their innovative ideas, competing for a $25,000 grand prize.

Realist Lab Pitch Winners:

First Place: Aegis, presented by Tamika Vantifflin. Aegis is a groundbreaking personal safety app that streamlines the way users interact with 911, enhancing emergency response times.

Second Place: Resolu, presented by Shii-Anna Mudie. Resolu focuses on partnering with industry and community stakeholders to drive the creation of healthy, sustainable, and equitable environments through infrastructure improvements.

Third Place: Cre8 Travel, presented by Wei Liao, offering AI-driven travel plans and kid-friendly comic adventures.

The event was judged by esteemed experts Malik Okoro, Ph.D., Qiana Patterson, and Dr. Alana Ackerson, who brought their extensive experience in investment, tech, and entrepreneurship.

This event is a part of #CTTechWeek - a series of events hosted by Non-Profits, The City of Stamford, VCs, and startups to bring together the CT tech ecosystem.
